Where do your watches come from?+
We source every piece directly from authorized channels or our trusted network of luxury watch collectors and dealers across Europe. We never buy blind — before joining our collection, every watch undergoes a full mechanical and documentary verification.
Are the watches new or used?+
We offer both new (unworn, full set) and used pieces. The condition of each watch is described on the product page: New / Used / Vintage / Full Set. Full ownership history is shared on request before purchase.
How do you verify authenticity?+
Each watch undergoes verification by independent watchmakers in our network — we check serial numbers, movement, reference compliance, papers, factory markings on the case. In case of doubt — we contact the manufacturer (Patek Philippe Geneva, Rolex Switzerland) to confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Standard is bank transfer (PLN / EUR / USD). For reservations we accept a 10–20% deposit for up to 7 days. In special cases — cash on personal pickup or bank escrow transaction.
Can I view the watch before purchase?+
Yes — and it's standard at our shop. Meeting takes place after scheduling at our office in Kraków or another agreed location (hotel, restaurant, Warsaw). Full presentation, documents, ability to try on. No purchase pressure.
Can I reserve a watch?+
Yes. After accepting terms we take a 10–20% deposit and the watch leaves the offer for up to 7 days. During this time we arrange the meeting or shipping. Deposit counts towards the final price.
What warranty do you provide?+
Every watch comes with a 12-month mechanical warranty (excluding normal wear). If the watch still has manufacturer warranty — we provide the original document. Full service at authorized centers available throughout the lifetime.
Do you handle individual orders?+
Yes — it's our specialty. If you're looking for a specific reference, production year or full set not in our current collection, leave an individual request at /szukam. We'll use our network to find a piece matching your criteria. No pressure, no obligation.
Do you buy back watches?+
Yes. We value and buy back premium brand watches (Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and others). Initial valuation is free and non-binding — just send photos and basic info via the contact form.
What if the watch doesn't meet my expectations?+
Every customer has 14 days to return the watch from receipt date, no reason required. The piece must return identical to delivery (same set, no wear marks). We refund 100% of the price, return shipping cost on the customer's side.
How are watches shipped?+
We ship via courier insured to 100% of value — DHL Express or FedEx Priority. Delivery time: 1 day (Poland), 2–4 days (EU). Neutral packaging, no logo. Recipient signature required. Tracking number sent by email immediately after dispatch. Details at /wysylka.
Are prices negotiable?+
The price on the page is current and reflects the market value of the specific piece. For multi-watch purchase or individual orders — we'll happily discuss terms individually.
